Office Shower

When Daniel and I found out we were having twins we were thrilled to receive several offers to host showers for us. Knowing that I may not be returning to work after the twins are born we thought we should take advantage of this wonderful opportunity and get the baby stuff we might need because things are going to be a lot tighter when we are living on one income so as much baby stuff as we can get on the front end the better. Our first shower was a shower given by my office, the Ways and Means Committee Staff. They went all out and we had a wonderful turnout and got great gifts.

They had delicious food aplenty that we all enjoyed and a precious table set up. They were really so sweet do this for us and we are very appreciative of their time and effort.

My mom gave us a very nice diaper bag that I had an eye on at a local boutique and had our last name monogrammed on it. Its so cute! Thanks Mom!

We received awesome gifts including these cute monogrammed diaper holders, a few handmade baby blankets, diapers and wipes and so much more. The hosts gave us our 2 infant carriers so now we are all set to bring our little darlings home from the hospital!

We are so thankful and blessed to have wonderful friends and family. Everyone has been so generous and we just can't thank them enough.
